Shipping & Returns Policy

The aim of Little Vessels is to make more faith resources available to those who need them, so if there are any specific resources that you are having difficulty obtaining, please let us know as we would love to see how we can help.
Shipping Costs & Processing Times:
At this stage we only provide shipping within Australia & New Zealand.
However, if you are shopping from another location, please reach out to us via our Contact Form and we will endeavour to help with your request.
Deliveries within Australia:
- Standard Shipping $12.95
- Express Shipping $16.95
- Free Shipping for orders over $100
Deliveries to New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping $16.00 (8-13 business days)
- Express Shipping $31.00 (5-8 business days)
Please Note: Little Vessels does not cover the cost of any custom fees/import duties into NZ.
Order processing time is currently between 3 - 5 business days from when the order is received. (Business Day is Mon to Fri, excludes weekends and public holidays)
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation and the order tracking number.
The tracking number can be used to track the status of your order via the Australia Post website or app.
If you need your order shipped urgently, please get in touch via our Contact Form and we will endeavour to assist.
Please keep in mind that Australia Post is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. For further information please head to Australia Post's website.
Returns & Cancellations:
All of our orders are packed with care, however if for some reason your order is damaged in transit please contact Australia Post and follow their procedure to submit a claim. Little Vessels are not to be held responsible for late deliveries, loss, or damage by Australia Post.
Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 21 days from the date of purchase. You can contact us via the Contact Form to arrange this.
Please do not return anything to us without prior approval.
We will happily refund your item or provide store credit provided the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Refunds are not provided for sale products or gift cards.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
